Brijesh Agarwal: Actor/ Fitness Model

Hope you are well. Firstly let me take this opportunity to thank you for giving me this wonderful opportunity.

To start with the acting career I started modelling and acting since 2005. I am from Pune. I did a show for Sandeep Dharma which was my first modelling assignment. I then took acting classes from Ashish Bhuyan. I then moved to Mumbai to try my luck giving a lot of auditions with Anika Soti. I also used to do bboying. Working in jobs to keep the cash flow growing. However, as my dad fell ill moved to Pune again and still trying my luck in acting and modelling. I recently won the best smile for USQ square show. I used to travel from Pune to Mumbai in the morning try auditions and then come back to Pune in the evening.

Regarding the Fitness journey it actually started first in 2002. I was going in a hardcore talinm gym. Used to do 1000 dunds.I used to do bodybuilding shows in 2004. Then I was on and off working out. In 2014 I went through a very bad break up where I was in a livin relation. I got on to put on and was 97Kilos. I used to drink and smoke everyday. We as a group went to Aquaimagica and I was not allowed to get on a few rides as I was overweight. Also I was trying to tie my laces and I could not because of the ponch. I also had a lot of health issues. Could not even walk for 5 minutes. This was the turning point of my life where in I spoke to myself and said that it is high time to work on myself

so I started reading, learning and also working out. Calisthenics, yoga a lot of fitness. In 2018 I did 2 ISSA Nutrition courses and also REPs personal trainer courses all 3 being international courses. I worked on myself with nutrition and I shed 27 kilos then and I have learnt a lot from nutrition and personal trainer courses. 

If given a chance I want to be an actor, fitness model professionally.
