which today is an inspiration to many ,My life journey is now in a book called
#Fallentorise,
Leslie 4- what's the first thing you would do once the Lockdown is lifted
Bobby: The first thing I aspire to do is to experience the breath of fresh air in the heart of nature & actually meet friends & loved ones over a cup of spiced tea & momos!

Leslie5-What's the first thing you do when you wake up
Bobby: For me sanitizing my mind early in the morning is such a critical thing , that has
helped me to stay sane in an insane situation we are together facing currently, I take
out the first few minutes of the day to be grateful for all that I have, I scribble my
thoughts & creative words on my favorite diary & spend some time reading a great
book!

Leslie 6-You are a success story , what's a normal day schedule like in your life...(the
way it was before lockdown and currently during lockdown)
Bobby: My schedule before the lock down & currently during lockdown has definitely changed but not that much ,before lockdown i would be consistently travelling & my days with
my team would be spent in conference rooms, seminar halls, hotel rooms where we
would be privileged to connecting personally with small groups & large groups of
people , inspiring them & having delightful conversations over delicious cuisines &
wonderful hospitality! Today that has been transformed to virtual keynote speeches &
masterclasses -offcourse online with tasty home cooked food & tea in the rain , we
spend a lot of time shooting videos, writing articles, blogs , making music & much more
! so life’s busy and that’s good !

Leslie 7-What are your fav childhood memories
Bobby: As a 5 year old my favorite memories went something like this, As i was placed in a
boarding, this meant meeting my beautiful mother & sisters would occur just once a
month for 15 minutes or so , the moment my family arrived to the eagerly waiting eyes
, their mere sight at the large gate of the boarding filled me with unexplainable joy &
my dance erupted with my classmates laughing around , those 15 minutes with my
loved ones , the hugs , the kisses , the conversation made me joyful for an entire week !

Leslie 8-What comes to your mind when I say the word "Family"
Bobby: To me family would mean ‘warmth’ , unguarded conversations , love & support in the midst of the toughest times

Leslie 9-What's the best compliment you have ever received
Bobby: Apart from ‘you have a charming smile’ , a top speaker from the US mentioned this to
me on a zoom call , but the best compliment I have received is ‘you changed my life!
‘Your message changed me as a person’, now that made me realize that I am living my
life call

Leslie10-What's the most memorable day of your life
Bobby: I am blessed to live my life on my own terms and I do have so many moments that are
memorable , but when I am performing live musically or through my motivational
speeches which literally breaks someone’s hopelessness to hope is my memorable
moment , that has happened in Lucknow, that has happened in Delhi and that
happens in so many places where we have eager people waiting to learn!
Now apart from this s,pending time with my loved ones , my mom, my nephew and
niece -Sham & Ruhi & offocurse my favorites -Walter & Genie (our cute dogs)
Leslie11-What's your fav quote
Bobby: You haven not come this far to just come this far

Leslie 12-What's your fav food/drink
Bobby: Anytime that would be chicken Biryani -home cooked & Mexican Sizzlers ,Red wine
is enjoyable with the feast too

Leslie13-Who or what inspires you to keep progressing and succeeding in life
Bobby: A lot of people have inspired me to keep progressing, firstly it’s my mom who single
handedly took care of us in the concrete jungle of Mumbai when my dad disappeared
one fine day , she never gave up and inspired me to ‘keep moving forward no matter
what’, apart from this Nick Vujicic a fantastic speaker who without hands or legs
inspires millions, Les Brown an adopted child who inspires millions, Tony Robbins
who recently did a zoom event with 27000 people live ! phew ! Hritik Roshan for his
acting skills ,humility & commitment !

Leslie14-How do you handle moments of defeat, failure, rejection.
Bobby: I have mentioned a lot about this in my book #fallentorise, During my moments of
failure & rejection , the easiest thing is to ‘feel sorry for oneself’, for a lot part of my life
‘I did that’ , felt bad about it , but one day I came to realization that ‘pitying yourself is
a weak state of mind & leads to only ‘hurts & pains’, this has led me to picking up a
journal , when I am feeling down , I write down my unfiltered emotions and go about
changing my emotional state to an inspiring state, this is also done by listening to
something inspirational or a breathtaking music helps too ,
The most important thing is that it’s ok to feel bad when we go through failure but
once you acknowledge your feeling , accept it and choose to move forward, progress
begins . This helps me to move forward no matter what the situation is !

Leslie15-What makes you the happiest
