Hi Armaann Tahil,

You are a popular Bollywood Actor, you have acted in more than 100 serials, dozens of Music Videos, couple of Webseries and many TV Commercials, Print Ads. You have appeared in Reality Shows aswell, also acted in many award winning short films and festival films and most interestingly you will be featuring in many Bollywood films which are in the pipeline. You are mostly seen as a Celebrity Chief Guest, Guest of Honour, Motivational Speaker in many shows and events. You have become the Poster Boy for how hardwork and strong focus to succeed, can lead to success and fame. You have been relentlessly determined to never let any obstacles distract you from your goals. That has helped you gain love, admiration on your own merit. You recently have partnered with an OTT platform you have been planning on helping actors, actresses, directors with a platform to showcase their talents. Congrats!

1-How would you describe yourself in 3 words

Armaann: Guy Next Door

2- Where are you from , which 3 cities/countries you love to travel to and why

Armaann: I am from Dilwalo ka Shehar - *DELHI* ... The Capital of India.

I love to travel to different places always becoz Travelling is one of my hobbies & passion too. Though i have covered travelling all over India between Kashmir & Kanyakumari. But in India i would love to go to KASHMIR as it is called paradise on Earth , GANGTOK because of its Scenic Beauty and High Himalayan Ranges , Monastries & GOA because of its Beautiful beaches & Churches.

If we talk about Abroad - I have been to many Countries like.. SINGAPORE , DUBAI , MALAYSIA , NEPAL , LANKAWI ( One of the Top Ten Islands in the World ) but as i said before i love travelling to new places..so in that context - I would love to explore AMERICA , UNITED KINGDOM & SWITZERLAND .

3-How would you describe your Life-journey so far. Did you ever feel like an outsider? 

Armaann: Life Journey so far is a Roller Coaster Ride ,  sometimes up sometimes down , sometimes high sometimes low , sometimes fast sometimes slow , sometimes happy sometimes sad - so it's like a bag - mix of all these stuff. 

 Yeah sometimes I feel like I am an outsider because sometimes the roles for which i am perfectly suited to have been offered to the people who are from Filmy background. 

 Sometimes the people who are Directors / Producers or Casting Directors they say that they require much more known faces and will be Casting them in their projects then I don't understand why they take our auditions for that Particular Role for which they have already fixed someone in Their Mind & when they don't want to take us in their projects than why they waste our time , money and energy than. How will someone become a known face unless & untill he or she gets a chance to prove his or her worth.  So..someone coming from a Non-Filmy Background have to face these Type of Challenges.

4- What's the first thing you would do once the Lockdown is lifted

Armaann: Once the lockdown is Lifted i am gonna be still very careful , will keep social distancing , will use all precautionary measures like face masks , gloves etc etc & will do only necessary work which is required & once the Corona is Ended the first thing I am going to do is to meet all my close friends - chill out with them , hangout with them , will go for a party and have a blast with them.

5-What's the first thing you do when you wake up 

Armaann: The first thing when I wake up in the morning is - I do see my Mother's face and than I start my other activities of the day.

6-You are a success story , what's a normal day schedule like in your life...(the way it was before lockdown and currently during lockdown)

Armaan: Normal Schedule before Lockdown was hectic one but also playful at the same time & it was interesting also as I was Working in front of the Camera ( shooting ) fulfilling my Dreams and Desires.  Before Lockdown I was occupied with my work which kept me on my toes and I used to meet my friends also during the evening or late evenings so it was like fun at work. But now during Lockdown the Scene has Totally Changed and Reversed.  Now no more shooting is happening , so I am relaxing at home only. So it's little boring but I am trying to keep myself busy by making some Music Videos , Motivational Videos , Short Films from home and also doing some social activities during these times of coronavirus which really keeps me occupied during the day besides giving me fulfilling experience. I have put all these stuff on my social media pages, so if someone wants to check it out can see it on my facebook , instagram , youtube or twitter account. Also I am spending Good Quality time with my family. We all are watching movies on television and also watching old serials like Ramayan and Mahabharat of 90's era which shows our ancient history and glorious past. Moreover we are also helping each other in house hold chores as there are no maids and servants in this period. I have also learned little bit of cooking in this lock down period from my mother. Besides that Lots of Interviews are going on for Newspapers... Magazines.. Web Channels ... Blogs ...& also  Live Interviews on Insta & Facebook with different Anchors & Organisations. One more Important thing that .. I am doing in this Lockdown Period is I have been Judging a lot - many Online Contests and Competitions. So all these things are keeping me on my toes during this Lockdown also.

7-What are your fav childhood memories

Armaann: My favourite childhood memories are of playing with my neighbourhood friends - Games like Cricket , Kho Kho , Hide & Seek , Pitthu , Gulli Danda , Kanche & many more Desi Games which today's generation may not be aware of. 

I also remember playing Atari & Samurai (Video Games)

So it was really Fun those times.

8-What comes to your mind when I say the word "Family"

Armaann: For me Family is the the World . It's a Precious Treasure when someone is going through difficult times or a tough phase in the life and no one supporting you then only the family and some close family members (Relatives) comes to your support and rescue. They will help u morally , physically ...emotionally .. mentally , financially in whatever way they can when the Tide is not in your favour. So according to me One should preserve this Treasure always.

9-What's the best compliment you have ever received

Armaann: According to me each and every compliment u receive  brings a smile on your face. So it's very difficult to judge which complement is best or not. The compliments which I generally receive - Some people say I look *DASHING* , Some people say I look *CUTE* , some people say I look *HOT* 🔥,  some people say that I am a *PURE SOUL* & Somebody even compared me to *GREEK GOD* also. So it's very difficult to point out which one is best and which one is not . For me all are Best & Wonderful.

10-What's the most memorable day of your life

Armaann: There are lots of memorable days Some are on the Sweeter side some are on the Bitter side. So its very difficult to figure it out which one is most memorable. But I still tell you the ones which I remember most. First I tell you about the sweet memories. From the childhood I used to love - playing and watching cricket and my favourite cricketer was KAPIL DEV who brought India the first World Cup in Cricket. So once I had a chance to shoot with this Living Legend for an Ad Shoot in Hyderabad which was being directed by Super Director Mani Shankar ji and I was the only Actor who was selected from Mumbai to shoot the main Role in this Ad with this superb cricketer. So it was like childhood dream coming true working with this Living Legend Kapil Dev ji and we spent some really good moments together on the the sets. We also had lunch/dinner together , had cup of coffee together , had chit chat session , talked about Cricket and played Golf also ... besides Shooting. Moreover later on - I received the Media Excellency Award by the hands of Shri. Kapil Dev ji in one of the functions in New Delhi where i was Guest of Honour & he was Chief Guest.  So...it was great honour & pride moment for me to share the same platform and stage with the Legend & at the same time it was fun & memorable one ! 

Another memory which i still remember is that I was fond of AMITABH BACHCHAN's movies & used to watch all his movies in childhood and he was my favourite HERO whom i used to idolise. So once I had a chance to meet him during the Premiere of a Bollywood film

"Woodstock Villa". He was just sitting behind me with his family and I was sitting in front of him and instead of watching movie in front I was mostly looking at back and I was just seeing him again and again because I have always considered him as my God in Movies and I always loved him and had lots of respect for him and for me - He is a True Superstar. So once the Movie got over I got a chance to to meet him personally and talk to him and it was like a big big moment for me that time. Same way when I met SHAHRUKH KHAN on the sets of film RA-1 and SALMAN KHAN during the premiere of film Dabang .. it was again a memorable moment for me. 

Among bitter memories I remember I lost my Nani whom i used to Love so much...on the day I was shooting for a serial "Jhansi ki Rani" in Karjat Maharashtra ...outskirts of Mumbai when I got this sad news on the sets and I was so devastated and was literally crying & had tears in my eyes while shooting. Due to shooting and telecast commitments I couldn't go to my hometown & see my Nani last time but I still remember her & her good deeds and always miss the memorable time spent with her since childhood

Armaann: One of my Favourite Quote is - 

" *Take it Easy .. Just Chillax & Keep Rocking*" 

Another quote  which I generally use is 

" *Live & Let Live* " ( Jiyo Aur Jeene Do )

12-What's your fav food/drink

Armaann: My favourite food in Non-Veg category is Butter Chicken , Chicken Lollipop , Mutton Keema , Chicken Sizzelers etc etc .. The list is endless & in Veg category I love Dal Makhni , Malai Soya Chaap with Butter , Malai Kofta etc etc. 

If we talk about Drinks than ... I love to drink Virgin PinaColada , some Soft Drinks , Coconut Water , Sweet Lassi etc etc.

13-Who or what inspires you to keep progressing and succeeding in life

Armaann: There are a lot of people in this world who inspires you to keep progressing and succeeding in life.  If I talk about our Film Industry than there are a lot of examples like AMITABH BACHCHAN,  SHAHRUKH KHAN,  AKSHAY KUMAR , SONU SOOD etc etc who all have come from Non Filmy background and have made a mark in the Show-Biz world. The Biggest example is of our Respected prime minister Shri NARENDRA MODI .. from Chaiwala ( Tea-Seller ) - how he became the Prime Minister of India. All these examples motivate you more and more in life. Anything is Possible...Anytime...just u have to keep trying.

14-How do you handle moments of defeat, failure, rejection.

Armaann: Defeat, Failure , Rejection - all these are part and parcel of life and they are applicable in all the field & in all the sectors. Whenever I experience this I always remember the proverb and apply it on myself " Try & Try till you succeed " . So I always keep on trying hard & try to give my best. Success and failure are part of life and whenever I fail I console myself with Shahrukh Khan's famous movie dialogue " Haar k Baazi Jeetne Wale ko hee Baazigar kehte Hain " and then I consider myself as a BAAZIGAR and try again and again ... so I never say die. It's all about your fighting spirit and being a true Sagittarian I am a Fighter.

15-What makes you the happiest

Armaann: On the Personal front if I am with my family, with my parents , with my relatives, with my near and dear ones and spending good moments together - this all makes me happy. 

On the work front if I'm working on some good project and if I do perform well over there & people appreciate my performance and if I get a Reward and Award out of it then all these things makes me happy.

Achieving the tasks or things which I desire makes me Happier.

Feeling of accomplishment makes me happiest.

16-Your fav top 5 books

Armaann: Though i am not fond of Books 📚 but in this Lockdown period I am reading a book called " *Urjaa Ka Strot* " ( Source of Energy ) written by my dear friend Ranjay Kumar. Besides that I have fond memories of Childhood Reading comics.

 My 5 favourite comics were :-

1. Pinky

2. Billu

3. Chacha Choudhary

4. Motu Patlu

5. Champak

Diamond Comics were the most popular ones of our Childhood. I remember how we were so crazy about them ...waiting for their next Part with so much of curiosity always. We used to buy the comics & sometimes we used to take it on Rent also. There used to be Comics Library those times. I remember i also opened the same once in my Summer School Holidays at my Dadi's place by the name of Blue Star Library as i had a huge collection of Comics in that period of time. So it was a Real Fun , Learn & Earn at the same time. I really miss my Childhood.

18-When's your Birthday,  what's a normal Birthday like every year

Armaann: My Birthday comes on 18 December & I am a True Saggitarian.

Mostly I celebrate my Birthday with my Family and Friends. My Last Birthday I celebrated in Dubai with my family and my Sister's family ( Sister , Jiju & Niece ) who all the way came from America to join in my Birthday celebrations. Actually Dubai falls in centre of the World so we chose that Destination for Holiday and to celebrate my Birthday also.

Leslie19: Where do you see yourself in 5 years

Armaann: It's very tricky question to answer in next 5 years what I would be doing but I would surely say that in next five years I would be happily married & would have one or two kids & would be spending a good family time then and also I would be doing lot of film projects , Web series and other projects with lot of zeal and enthusiasm and I hope I would get some  Filmfare , IIFA  or National Award or any other Big Award for my Stellar performance. Also I dream of a Big Bungalow on Bandstand or Carter Road or Juhu...where my kids would be playing with their Grand- Parents ( haha .. 😊)
