I have survived lots of ups and downs in my Acting career just to create my own legacy. The journey from being a State Level Debate Champion to being a Bollywood Actress. From being a popular Odia Actress while growing up in Odisha to auditioning and surviving the Nepotism embedded Bollywood, becoming a popular Multilingual Actress of 14 languages with hit films, hit songs and films with good messages for society



But I learnt to overcome setbacks of campism, favouritism by keeping self busy by studying journalism, teaching as Guest professor in Mumbai colleges, becoming a popular speaker in school, colleges talking on the topics 'How I became self-made Entrepreneur, how I started my Leslie Show, why I wrote a book, on how despite getting gold medals in English literature, I never gave up my dream of being an Actress on a National level".




Grateful to the outsiders like legendary intellectual Sushant Singh Rajput whose success story inspired us to try our luck in becoming a popular yet intellectual actor in Bollywood. Also grateful to many insiders and good people of Bollywood who gave us opportunities to act, endorse brands. As I continue to lead life with dignity and respect. Taking up my narrative my way by hosting my Leslie Show on social media platforms, doing my own things, not pleasing anyone nor joining camps, nor falling into pressures of leading a scandalous life to please the top notch for more work, holding my head up high.


 I am proud of myself, for being strong and taking advise of my family always teaching us to lead by example. Just wish our Wellwishers stop pressuring and continuously asking us, "When will we see you in big banner films with big stars?". Now you know how they don't give us opportunities. So how about supporting our successes and encouraging our talents as we continue to turn our pain into poetry and slowly creating a unique path of our own. As we get success slowly and definitely afterall we don't choose shortcuts to fame nor adhered to lust for easy lifestyle.
