Alistair- Hi Leslie, let's start
1-How would you describe yourself in 3 words
Alistair- Evolving, Exploring, Insightful
2- Where are you from , which 3 cities/countries you love to travel to and why
Alistair- I was born in down town BOMBAY (MAINLAND) lol, GOA is as small as a lil city, id love to settle there, coz thats where my roots are from my moms side. Dharmshala I celebrated the most amazing Diwali. Havent travelled to many cities, something that im gonna do more now. Ive lived in London for 3 months that was the longest I was away from home, id love to check out in Shillong, Hampi, pondi.
3-How would you describe your Life-journey so far. Did you ever feel like an outsider?
Alistair- I was born and brought up between 2 major religions, ISLAM & CHRISTIANITY, so there was a major force in the opposite direction, was pre-occupide understand what made more sense and where I was more comfortable. I picked one, now im atan evolutionary road seeking answers, that come to me in bits and pieces. You know sometimes, our own families make us feel like an outsider when they expect you to believe and function in a way they feel is right or something I grew up into. But I love my family. But I guess it orchestrated my life, and im kinda set out to do more.
4- what's the first thing you would do once the Lockdown is lifted
Alistair- Find a way how I could I remain working form home, may be another location and travel to different cities and work out from there, this way I could get to travel, I could give 100 % at work and I could be on the move.
5-What's the first thing you do when you wake up
Alistair- I make the sign of the cross, and make a small pray, that i reach out to people and that I could be instrumental being of help to another human being and that I use my time wisely. After that I just pick up the phone and waste my time for 15-20min. So, the prayer.
6-You are a success story , what's a normal day schedule like in your life...(the way it was before lockdown and currently during lockdown)
Alistair- Before the lockdown, my life was a rush we didn’t have the time to take a breather or look after our emotional selves as much as we would like to. But right now we are in a complete balance of not having control of the future and surprisingly at the same time no pressure of the future, but to just make sure we go by each day as it comes. Here im talking for my self, but I still fall miserably sometimes but I manage to stand back up.
7-What are your fav childhood memories
Alistair- This really made me think, playing cricket with my brother in the hall of our old house, throwing fire crackers at each other in our balcony. Before that I used to get very happy to meet my couzin when I used to go visit them during summer holidays. The lanes in town that I used to ramble when I was in school. And even before that, I had a crush on a girl in JrKG he name was Gloria, and we held hands walked down to the common area to get picked up by our parents and I would come to the common area and show my mom that I held a girls hand I would get all happy about it.
8-What comes to your mind when I say the word "Family"
Alistair- 4 women (Granny, mom and 2 aunts) and a couple of close friends.
9-What's the best compliment you have ever received
Alistair- HOT ASIAN MAN

10-What's the most memorable day of your life
Alistair- When I went blank on stage for a personality contest.

Alistair- Food that put on my plate. Drink, I like to mix things up.
13-Who or what inspires you to keep progressing and succeeding in life
Alistair- Myself and Failures

Alistair- I let them seize the moment, that builds something in you. It builds courage and hope to try.

18-When's your bday, what's a normal Birthday like every year
Alistair- 5th October 82, I share my birthday with my MOM, its a dual celebration with only family, we cut a cake, we sing, we have some drinks and we cook and we click pcitures we exchange gifts. Simple things in life.
19-Where do you see yourself in 5 years
Alistair- Married, 1 kid, 4 paws, grey hair, I’m doing something really fruitful, like going about colleges and schools giving a different perspective of life to kids and learning from them and making them understand who they really are and challenging status quo and a nice successful CAFE.
