L: I love how you help women to look beautiful with your beautiful makeup n unique hairstyles tutorials, classes that you do. You also have an academy tell about it all
SD: Yes, I was very found of makeup from the early age & was having 4 younger sisters too so making them ready was my alone task also some neighbors use to comes for the same & now It's like I love to do makeup & hair to make the girls brides & everyone beautiful , I Do have n academy Named Ayesha & Rabiya's School of Beauty & Art's ..
I started this academy on 19April 2014 In partnership with friend Mr PJ Syed. We kept the name Ayesha & Rabiya which are our mother's name
LT: Whats your fav makeup tip for dry skin
SD: For dry skin one can use a good moisturizer before makeup so that the makeup won't b cracky or caky
LT : What do you think is plaguing the youth today?
SD: Nuclearfamily parents don't have time for their kids Instead they r more busy vt goodearnings in which they r spoiling kids vt handing over a person who is not known to them parents think money can buy luxury to them but same time they r not able pretend their actual needs, proper attention, & care
LT: How do you prioritise your day with so much work n duties going in your life
SD: I had buildup a team who support's me in my work by the grace of Almighty Alone it wasn't possible to do multiple task
LT: What causes you are passionate about
SD: social causes like
Related to woman empowerment
Related to social awareness
Visiting orphanage or old age homes
I just loved to b with them and also convince my friends to be with me
LT: Who are your inspiration?
SD: My parent's both & my neighbour Aunty her name is Lilly Edwin D'soza she is great lady from whom I had learned to take care of those who aren't able to look after themselves like(pateints)or (mentally disabled )
LT: Do you have any icons that you look upto
SD: yes Dimple Kapadia and Rekhaji
LT : What were the defining moments n advise that helped you achieve your goals
SD: I always never stop my self in hard times I had Cried a lot at night but morning I had learned to control myself to b strong enough n never stop myself by working & smiling too.
LT: What’s your philosophy in life
SD: Work hard
Be honest
N be helpful to other 's
& you will b loved by god n others too

SD: My motto is to bring change in woman's society so they can be Independent ( I always motivate those who comes for a financial help that Instead they should try to earn which will make their family better no matter if they aren't Educated)
LT: What is your message to youth today?
SD: Be Respectful & caring for yourself as well as your family friends, neighbours & u will b a successful gentleman or a gentlelady
LT: What is your legacy according to you, how you want to be remembered?
SD: The culture n tradition of our elder's which v got is our legacy n shud b followed n saved for the upcoming generation
LT: Where do you see yourself, 5 years from now
SD: If I will b alive I would like to see my self on the position where my business n my kids both of them are settled well
